What to Do:
- Catch lobster (or buy it, if living on a boat isn’t your current situation)
- Use brute strength to separate the tail from the rest of the body/head
- Use kitchen shears to cut off the little floppy leg/fin things on the underside of the tail
- Rinse with fresh water
- Pat dry
- Slather a big ol’ mess of salted butter on the tail meat and sprinkle with garlic powder
- Barbecue, shell side down, on medium-high 8-12 minutes, depending on how massive (or mini) the tail.
